Returns

Unfortunately, due to the perishability of our products, we do not accept returns on any item or gift cards.

 

Cancellations

We have a 3-day cancellation policy, which means you have 3 days after placing your item to request a cancellation without any penalties. 

If a cancellation is requested after this period, or you are a "no show", or do not answer any attempts to contact you using the phone number provided, you will be required to pay in full on your next order. Your order will not be processed without receipt of the full payment.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your via bank deposit within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund too.
